Board lot cut to 10 shares minimum is good. But the current prices of Dbs, OCBC, UOB not that good as these are above their average PB ratio with DBS at highest 3. Even if you get a 4+% annual interest, once the share prices drop back by 30%, your dividend yield also dropped. Buy when there is discount, or at fair value, never buy at premium.
