Context: PropNex still quite interesting to me. Property market can have ups and downs, but people still need to buy and sell houses mah. Just need to see whether the business can maintain its performance.
My trade: I’m still keeping an eye on my position. Not going to anyhow buy or sell just because of short-term price movements. If the price is right, then I’ll consider adding more.
Takeaway: For this one, slowly monitor first lah. No need to rush into everything. As long as the fundamentals are still there and the price makes sense, got patience then got chance.
