Context: I bought PropNex because I think Singapore property still got demand lah. People will always need to buy and sell houses, and PropNex is one of the players that can benefit when the market is active. The dividend is also a plus for me.
My trade: I decided to take a position and hold for now. Not expecting the share price to fly overnight, just looking at whether the business can continue performing and reward shareholders.
Takeaway: For me, PropNex is more of a steady play than a quick huat stock. Of course, property transactions can slow down, so still need to monitor the results and valuation. Buy at the right price, then got more reason to hold mah. 😆📈
