My point is simple line : if one cannot buy super low, even it keep goes up and down, one may not win at all, now let’s say due to this weakness momentum, may be by end of Dec, prices came down as low as say 30%, one still dare not buy in thinking it will comes down next to more than 60% and dreaming it will spiral back again to more than 60%, this is no sense to me!!! Let’s put the rate hikes aside they are only affecting people’s mindset change!!
