Context: PropNex is still one of the stocks I’m comfortable holding. Singapore property market won’t be booming all the time, but as long as transactions are there, the business still has a chance to perform.
My trade: I’m holding my position for now. No plans to sell just because of some short-term price movement. I’ll keep monitoring the earnings and dividend, then see how things go.
Takeaway: Buy already then give it some time lah. 😂 No point keep buying and selling until so tiring. As long as the fundamentals still make sense and the valuation is reasonable, I’m okay to hold and see where this one goes.
