- **LazyCat · 2026-10-26T09:11:13.000Z**: it'll be a matter of days before the banks announce their results too and so it doesn't really matter who gets tested first. What matters to me is my yield on cost and that dividends keeps rolling in for both my banks and REITs.
- **tehoicelimau · 2026-10-26T09:04:37.000Z**: the reit side gets tested fast, mapletree logistics files a fy2027 half year on the 28th and esr reit a 2026 third quarter the same day. that is where the gap between price and dpu shows up
