This issue has also been one of the key factors affecting Tesla's stock price recently. Musk had previously stated publicly that without sufficient control (he defined it as around 25%, having enough voting power but not excessive concentration - he currently holds about 13%), he would be unwilling to develop AI business within Tesla. Now with this $56 billion incentive compensation package, if Tesla can achieve the specified market capitalization and operational targets, Musk will receive it as planned. This compensation package corresponds to approximately 12% of Tesla's equity. The approval of this plan also means Musk should now be able to fully advance Tesla's AI business. ### Related Stocks - [TSLA.US - Tesla](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/TSLA.US.md) - [TSLL.US - Direxion Daily TSLA Bull 2X Shares](https://longbridge.com/en/quote/TSLL.US.md) --- > **Disclaimer**: This article is for reference only and does not constitute any investment advice.
