# A small method to improve capital utilization.

Longbridge finally has the Yu'e Tong function, which is similar to the cash treasure of A-share brokers. 

It can automatically subscribe and redeem. For example, if you buy stocks during the day, the funds will be automatically redeemed from Yu'e Tong to avoid interest due to overdrafts. If you sell stocks, it will automatically subscribe to Yu'e Tong to earn interest.   
 

In short, it means **idle funds automatically generate interest, greatly improving capital utilization.**

The underlying assets of Longbridge Yu'e Tong are USD and HKD money market funds, while the underlying assets of A-share cash treasure are RMB-denominated money market funds. In comparison, Yu'e Tong offers much higher interest rates.   
 

The interest rate for USD money market funds is about 5.5%, and for HKD, it's about 4.3%. 

For example, with 100K USD, the annual interest would be 5500 USD, which is quite attractive.
