# Infringement case: Merchant who violated Liu Shishi's rights failed to apologize and was publicly announced.

According to US Stock Research, Tianyancha legal litigation information shows that recently, due to the failure of Foshan Nanhai District Shengsheng Trading Firm and its operator Yu to fulfill their apology obligations, Liu Shishi applied for compulsory enforcement. The Beijing Internet Court announced the judgment of the online infringement liability dispute case between Liu Shishi and the two defendants.

The announcement shows that the operator and trademark holder of the platform store "Manlandon" are both Yu. Without Liu Shishi's consent, the defendants displayed images of Liu Shishi's portrait and name in their store to attract public attention and promote their brand products. The promotional text "Liu Shishi joins hands to support the Manlandon brand movie 'Back to the Beginning of Love' for promotion" had obvious commercial profit purposes, constituting an infringement of Liu Shishi's portrait rights and name rights. The court ruled that the two defendants publicly apologize and compensate for economic losses of 60,000 yuan.
