Its business scope includes battery sales, energy storage technology services, smart control system integration, information system integration services, big data services, internet data services, and new material technology promotion services. The equity panorama shows that the company is jointly owned by Zhejiang Xinhuo Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Chaowei Group, and YunChu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
