# Yu Minhong steps down as legal representative of New Oriental Cultural Tourism subsidiary again.

According to US Stock Research, Tianyancha App shows that recently, Beijing New Oriental Woyou Tianxia International Travel Co., Ltd. underwent industrial and commercial changes. Yu Minhong stepped down as the legal representative, succeeded by Yang Zhihui. Currently, Yu Minhong remains the chairman of the company.

The company was established in July this year with a registered capital of 5 million RMB. Its business scope includes travel services, conference and exhibition services, campsite services, organizing cultural and artistic exchange activities, and ticket agency services. The equity penetration chart shows that the company is wholly owned by Beijing New Oriental Wokaide International Education Travel Co., Ltd., which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing New Oriental Culture and Tourism Co., Ltd. Notably, not long ago, Yu Minhong also stepped down as the legal representative of Beijing New Oriental Culture and Tourism Co., Ltd. and Beijing New Oriental Wokaide International Education Travel Co., Ltd., with Yang Zhihui taking over both positions.
