Yesterday, the lock-up period for Trump's stock expired, and the stock price of Trump Media dropped to its lowest point since the merger at $15.62. Currently, Trump Media has a market capitalization of $3.1 billion, with Trump holding 57% of the shares, with a face value of $1.7 billion.

Before Trump could cash out his shares (Trump was prohibited from selling shares for six months after the merger), the stock price of Trump Media (DJT) had already plummeted to the value of the shell company DWAC before Trump's SPAC merger. This is shareholders fleeing before Trump could sell.
