Article 8 of the Guidelines clarifies that major index constituent companies should formulate and disclose a market value management system for listed companies after board deliberation, at least specifying the following matters:（1）The specific department or personnel responsible for market value management;（2）The responsibilities of directors and senior management;（3）The internal assessment and evaluation methods of the listed company;（4）The specific monitoring and early warning mechanism arrangements for indicators such as market value, P/E ratio, and P/B ratio of the listed company and the industry average of these indicators;（5）Countermeasures when the stock price of the listed company falls sharply or continuously in the short term. Major index constituent companies should provide a special explanation on the implementation of the market value management system during the annual performance briefing. A sharp or continuous short-term decline in stock price refers to: ① a cumulative decline of 20% in the closing price of the listed company's stock over 20 consecutive trading days; ② the closing price of the listed company's stock is lower than 50% of the highest closing price in the past year.
