# Options team

Here is a unified sharing for the Iron Head Squad and friends who are interested in joining the Iron Head Squad options team:

The Iron Head Squad was launched in September, with achievements in September and October being: 70,000 contracts and 35,000 contracts respectively. As a new team, I am extremely grateful for everyone's support.

First, I want to apologize to everyone. Recently, quite a few team members have been removed. I am sorry, but also helpless. Originally, I wanted the November team to be more laid-back, with voluntary participation. I would push hard myself (as of today's statistics, I have bought over 8,000 contracts) as a safety net for the team. The members could just relax with no requirements. However, as some passionate youngsters joined, my options team gradually exceeded 30,000 contracts in trading volume, reigniting my motivation. I believe the emotional journey of other options team captains might be similar to mine. We want to take care of our team members, but our personal capabilities are limited. We still need all members to work together to deliver a result that satisfies themselves.

Finally, I haven’t updated my own operations for a week, for a few reasons: First, it’s a chaotic period, and the daily goals aren’t very clear. Second, with work the next day, winter operations are just too unfriendly. I can’t keep up anymore; my energy is drained. I’m considering switching to a different operation mode, buying slightly longer-term options to target more certain directions. It’s still in the trial phase, and I’ll share more insights once I have them.
