**1.**On the evening of the 10th, Trump announced plans to impose an additional 100% tariff on all Chinese goods starting November 1st and to initiate export controls on "critical software". In response, China will impose a "special port fee" on U.S.-made ships starting October 14th. Risk aversion sentiment pushed gold prices up, and U.S. stock futures rebounded during the Asian session on Monday, indicating that the market is betting on "extreme pressure" as a bargaining chip before negotiations. Hong Kong stocks also rebounded in the afternoon.

Chengdu traffic police reported that a Xiaomi SU7 electric car caught fire after a severe collision.
