# Microsoft, Google, and Meta lead the way! Where is the "money power" being burned in AI?

Microsoft, Google, and Meta will release their earnings reports after the market closes today.

$Microsoft(MSFT.US) Microsoft (MSFT) opened high at 550 in the early session on the 28th but quickly fell to 543. Although it rebounded in a V" shape, it fluctuated at low levels in the afternoon before slightly recovering at the close, ending up 1.98%.

Although Microsoft will no longer have the priority to be OpenAI's computing power provider, it has signed an agreement with OpenAI to acquire 27% of OpenAI's equity. OpenAI has also signed a contract to purchase an additional $250 billion in Azure services.

Beyond the booming demand for AI server processing, Microsoft's ecosystem synergy in the To B segment has also driven significant growth in Azure demand. Microsoft's current demand continues to outpace its production. Microsoft's supply-side investments are undoubtedly necessary. However, no matter how enthusiastic the narrative is, it's better to look at today's earnings data, so tonight we can focus on Azure's actual growth rate, the specifics of capital expenditures, and the progress of in-house chip development.

Currently, the MA is in a bullish alignment, showing a healthy upward trend. Stimulated by the earnings and agreement news, Microsoft surged. Be cautious of potential profit-taking after the earnings release; those holding positions may consider hedging with put options.

$Alphabet - C(GOOG.US) Google-C (GOOG) opened high at 270 on the 28th but then declined unilaterally, dropping sharply to 267. After a tug-of-war between bulls and bears, it stabilized at 268 at the close, ending down 0.56%.

During the phase of explosive demand for AI training and inference, Google Cloud has no shortage of orders. In the cloud infrastructure market dominated by Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud has solidified its position as the third-largest globally. However, the main growth constraint lies in the release of supply capacity. Therefore, this time, we need to focus on management's updates on capacity bottlenecks and the capital invested in breakthroughs in this area.

Currently, bullish sentiment is high, and compared to Microsoft, which is also about to release earnings, it has already reacted earlier. Consider partial profit-taking if it tests 272. If it can stabilize at 268 after the earnings release, a new trend may emerge.

$Meta Platforms(META.US) Meta Platforms (META) opened high at 752 in the early session on the 28th but quickly dipped to 745, rebounding in a V" shape after hitting the bottom and returning above 754 by noon. In the afternoon, it fluctuated upward, peaking at 756, before stabilizing with minor adjustments at the close, ending at 751, down 0.62%.

Meta leverages AI to empower advertising, building the world's most advanced "AI-driven advertising system," with its core being the trinity of "algorithm + data + automation." This earnings report needs to focus on whether Meta's generative AI technology has truly enhanced its ad targeting capabilities, which depends on the balance between its AI capital expenditures and ad revenue, as well as the direction of future capital expenditures in AI.

The BOLL band is slightly open, with the stock price close to the UPPER line. A significant rise may require volume-driven momentum and positive news; otherwise, relying solely on earnings may result in only a minor increase or stability.
