# How can I earn a stable monthly income of 7,000 yuan through options?

I want to share this options trading strategy with everyone, which can help you earn high interest on your funds and increase your yield!

This strategy is selling put options!

Below, I'll demonstrate it practically (I've demonstrated it in my previous articles).

Using NVIDIA stock as an example, its put options are as follows:

Looking from the top of the image, the white box shows the option expiration date—December 26. The blue box shows the strike price we're selling at $160, and the orange box shows NVIDIA's current stock price.

The profit logic of selling options is similar to selling insurance—we earn the premium. Selling a put option at $160 means we're betting the stock won't fall to $160 within the next month.

After selling, our account will receive the second price in the blue box: 1.54x100 = $154. Selling one contract earns us $154.

This is my order screenshot for selling options. I sold on November 28, when the option price was $2.23. Each option represents 100 shares, so 2.23 x 100 = $223. I sold 5 contracts, totaling $1,115 (~¥7,000).

When a stock is unlikely to fall, you're bullish on it but find the price too high to buy, afraid of missing out, and want to wait for a pullback—this options strategy works great. Buffett and Duan Yongping love using this to buy stocks they like at lower prices.

(For details, check my previous tutorial on selling.)

As long as it doesn't fall below 160 by the exercise date at month-end, I can keep the premium?? Right? What if it breaks below 160,
