# Aim right, hold tight

The bottom of an investment is like a heavy rain in the middle of the night, making it hard to see the way forward and causing one to doubt oneself. But please remember, all financial markets have cycles; ups and downs are the norm. The current paper losses do not mean your choices were wrong, nor do they mean you will keep losing.

Treat it as a form of cultivation. During this time, watch the market less, read more books, review your trades, and let things settle. What you've lost are just temporary numbers, but what you'll gain is a more mature mindset and a more robust trading system.

Don't panic, and don't lose your rhythm. Just as spring will surely come, the market trend that belongs to you is also on its way. Protect your principal, maintain your patience, so that when the wind arrives, you can stand there steadily.
