Reported on February 6, 2026, according to documents disclosed by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on February 6, Singapore's Government Investment Corporation (GIC Private Limited) made its first investment in Ascletis Pharma (01672) on February 5, purchasing 64,128,000 ordinary shares at an average price of HKD 12.18 per share, with a total investment of approximately HKD 781 million, equivalent to about USD 100 million. After the investment, GIC holds 64,128,000 shares of Ascletis Pharma, representing approximately 6.42% of the company's issued share capital, officially becoming one of the company's major institutional shareholders.
