# FF holds special shareholders' meeting and passes key proposals, going all out to deliver the FX Super One and EAI robot by 2026

*· Shareholders approved the proposal to increase authorized shares, supporting the company's capital planning, key milestone advancement of the FX Super One, and the expansion of the Embodied AI (EAI) robotics business.*

**Beijing Time (February 14, 2026**) — Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (Nasdaq Stock Code: FFAI) (“Faraday Future,” “FF,” or the “Company”), a California-headquartered global shared intelligent electric mobility ecosystem company, today announced that the special shareholders' meeting held on February 13, 2026 (U.S. West Coast Time) has completed the review and passed the relevant proposals.

At this special shareholders' meeting, shareholders approved the proposal to increase the Company's authorized shares. This proposal only involves an increase in the authorized share reserve and will not immediately increase the number of shares actually issued.

This approval supports recent capital planning arrangements and existing Class A ordinary share issuance obligations, while also providing flexibility for potential future financings, strategic advancements, share issuances for employee incentive plans, and other compliant uses aligned with the Company's 2026 business strategy. Specifically, it aims to advance key milestones in the mass production phase of the FX Super One and to continue promoting the R&D and commercialization of FF's Embodied AI robotics products.

Currently, FF is steadily advancing its core projects. Following the signing of a strategic cooperation upgrade agreement with partners, the Company's FF AI factory in Hanford, California, is actively advancing production preparation work. The FX Super One smart car is focused on mass production readiness and is steadily progressing towards the goal of initial deliveries within the year.

Simultaneously, the Company has launched its first series of Embodied AI robotics products and has initiated non-refundable, non-binding paid pre-orders, with the first deliveries expected by the end of this month. Regarding the robotics business, the Company is advancing key tasks such as mass production preparation, customized development, testing and verification, and AI data training, continuously driving the dual-engine growth curve of the Company's two core product categories — EAI vehicles and robots.
