# New year, new look

After a year of repeated struggles, I ended up losing $40. The US stock market is very interesting, and there are indeed opportunities to make money. Through day trading in US stocks, I also found that the most important thing for achieving profits with options is discipline, discipline, and still tm discipline. My failure to cut losses on Amazon and increasing my position after taking the wrong direction on Friday made it easy to lose everything in one go. So, it comes fast and goes fast. The following words will be ironclad rules to follow in the future, ensuring that I never touch stocks with poor liquidity or Friday's expiration options again, especially when encountering long holiday weekends, which will leave you with nothing. My current goal is to transfer $1,000 daily to my Hong Kong account, believing in the power of compound interest.
