Apple Agrees to 100% Price Hike for Kioxia NAND Flash, Quarterly Pricing Mechanism Implemented

February 15, news — According to Japanese industry insiders, due to the ongoing global shortage of NAND flash supply and a surge in AI computing demand, Apple has formally accepted the price increase terms proposed by Japanese memory giant Kioxia: starting Q1 2026, the procurement price for NAND flash will double (a 100% increase), and a flexible cooperation model with quarterly renegotiations has been established.
