# Last year, I bought Intel at around 20 and sold it at 25, bought AMD at around 100 and sold it at 12

Last year, I bought Intel at around 20 and sold it at 25, bought AMD at around 100 and sold it at 125, bought ASML at around 700 and sold it at 800. Missed several opportunities to double my money, never thought this kind of performance could still reach the top 6%!

Thinking about it, the main reasons might be that I used leverage at the bottom in late April last year to take on greater risk, and also the steadily increasing returns from grid trading and buying/selling put/call option contracts around OXY and other individual stocks.
