The total value of the expected leasing agreement is approximately $120 million, involving about 300 servers, with a $3.5 million deposit to be paid within five business days after signing. Ricloud AI Inc. is registered as a cloud partner in the NVIDIA Marketplace enterprise partner directory, with business covering computing, networking, and NVIDIA enterprise software, among other areas. **Plans to Acquire Land in Indonesia for Data Center Construction** The Company also signed another separate letter of intent with an Indonesian partner regarding the acquisition of land in Indonesia for the construction of AI computing infrastructure and data centers. According to the plan, the intended land plot area is approximately 50,000 square meters, and the transaction will be conducted through the Company or its established Indonesian subsidiary.
