Following the successful partnership of the 2025 summer camp, Allianz China has been invited again this year to deeply participate in the six-day "X-Plorer" winter camp for middle school students organized by the Fudan School of Economics. Allianz (China) Insurance Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Allianz Holdings") and Allianz Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Allianz Fund") joined forces to empower a group of curious and outstanding students aged 15-17, tailoring an immersive growth journey centered on financial literacy, project challenges, and workplace visits. This initiative not only helped the youth build a foundational framework of financial knowledge and unlock broad industry perspectives but also honed their comprehensive abilities through engaging practices and in-depth research, demonstrating Allianz's brand warmth and social value in the field of youth financial literacy empowerment. During the event, Allianz's customized teaching sessions were full of highlights, bringing financial knowledge out of textbooks and into real life. Hong-Kwan Koh, Head of Strategy, Marketing & Communications at Allianz Holdings, used campus stories as a vivid starting point, integrating abstract financial literacy concepts into everyday scenarios to guide students in actively thinking about core concepts like money views, consumption views, and risk awareness. Stefan Roth, Head of Cross-Border Business at Allianz Fund, combined real-world case studies of market volatility to explain investment diversification strategies in simple terms. Students enthusiastically shared their own accumulated small investment ideas and cases, instantly turning the venue into a "mini investment forum," fully demonstrating their strong desire for exploration and keen insight into the financial field. The core highlight of this winter camp was the "Research Workshop" sessions that spanned several afternoons, which was also the key module where Allianz was deeply involved and empowered throughout. Under the guidance of Allianz mentors and Fudan doctoral teaching assistants, students worked in groups, from selecting topics and gathering materials to constructing logic and polishing presentations. The groups became the smallest incubators of ideas. Debate, collaboration, revision, and integration—knowledge was repeatedly chewed over and absorbed in this process, ultimately internalized into the shared intellectual achievements of the teams, honing their abilities in academic research and innovative problem-solving. On the morning of February 6th, each group condensed and presented their research findings from several days, showcasing rigorous analysis, insightful viewpoints, and confident expression. Allianz mentors, serving as judges, professionally scored each group's presentation and provided detailed and inspiring feedback on content logic, presentation skills, and industry perspectives. The on-site interaction was active, and students fully demonstrated their teamwork results and personal charisma in a relaxed yet focused atmosphere. The event extended beyond the classroom and research, placing greater emphasis on the deep connection between theory and reality. Winter camp participants visited the Allianz Fund office in the Shanghai Tower, transforming the conceptual "financial world" into a tangible, touchable reality. The visit itinerary was substantial: from a warm welcome and office tour upon arrival, to systematically understanding the career paths and development trends in the asset management industry; from a novel "Interactive Mock Interview" session, honing communication skills with real questions and immediate feedback, to listening to Allianz Fund employees share their personal career growth stories, gaining inspiration from living role models; and finally, speaking freely and resolving doubts in an open Q&A session. Students witnessed the daily operations of an asset management institution firsthand, sensing the industry's pulse at close range. The barriers between theory and practice were broken at this moment, making their future career prospects clearer and more three-dimensional. This renewed collaboration between Allianz and the Fudan School of Economics is not only a deepening continuation of their partnership but also another important practice for Allianz in fulfilling its corporate social responsibility and promoting youth financial enlightenment. From classroom teaching to research empowerment, from workplace exploration to growth companionship, Allianz has consistently used its professional strength to build bridges for young people to explore the financial world, imparting financial knowledge, cultivating financial thinking, and helping every youth with a dream to pursue their aspirations.
