# Stock Live Trading P163: The Scam of Precious Metals

They all say gold in troubled times, isn't it common sense that precious metals rise during war? Why on earth are gold and silver falling?

Can storage really be harder than precious metals? Impossible, unrealistic, I refuse to accept it. Why did I lose dozens of points bottom-fishing precious metals, while storage rose by dozens of points? I think it's reasonable for storage to be cut in half, but the current drop in precious metals is completely unreasonable. They must rise, they have to rise!

Is there really no one else in this market besides me who does value investing? Is everyone just playing the greater fool theory? When crcl was 50 bucks, nobody wanted it, now it's over 130 bucks, and a bunch of people are chasing it. Is chasing highs and selling lows really the right way, and was I wrong to be a contrarian? Or was precious metals the main play all along, just waiting for me to take the bag, and as soon as I got in, it became worthless? What should I do?

I also sold a few options. If this keeps up, with my position at 90k and my debt now at 57k, I'm about to get a margin call. Can anyone save me?
