When these things happen simultaneously at this moment in time, history tells us it corresponds to only one thing: it's the starting point for long-term returns. So my strategy is simple and boring: continue dollar-cost averaging into the Nasdaq and S&P 500, double down on declines, ignore the noise, and turn fear into a signal to add to positions. We don't need to make many moves each year; doing one thing right is enough: staying put when others are most fearful."
