# FF will hold its 2025 Q4 and full-year earnings conference call on March 31. Shareholders are welcome to submit questions.

Beijing, March 30, 2026 – Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (Nasdaq: FFAI) ("Faraday Future," "FF," or the "Company"), a global EAI company headquartered in California, USA, today announced that it will report its fourth quarter and full year 2025 financial results after the U.S. market close on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 (U.S. time). An earnings conference call will be held at 4:30 p.m. PT / 7:30 p.m. ET on the same day, which is 7:30 a.m. Beijing Time on April 1, 2026.

FF cordially invites shareholders and investors to submit questions prior to the call by emailing the Company's Investor Relations department at ir@ff.com. Thank you for your participation and long-term support.
