In the coming months, we will launch more AI innovations aimed at making healthcare easier, more convenient, and more personalized—starting from the customer's first interaction with our platform and throughout every step of their care journey. This will build upon the work of our engineering team to improve business efficiency and meet customer needs, including supporting the launch of **testosterone testing, hormone health, lab testing (Labs), and weight loss membership services**.

Some of these innovations will be "invisible," simply making healthcare faster and more seamless. **Others will be very noticeable, such as smarter demographic information collection (intakes), improved biomarker insights in lab testing, and personalized weight loss care companions to support long-term health goals.**

The result will be a revolution in universal, affordable "concierge healthcare." AI will assist in defining, refining, and implementing precise treatments, interventions, and lifestyle adjustments—services that in the past were only accessible to a very few.
