Box Breakout Trading Rules

I. Core Logic

Trading Mode: Pure right-side trading, only trade breakouts, no early bottom-fishing.

Win Rate: 40%~50% (average)

Risk-Reward Ratio: High, target profit typically 10%~50%+

Risk Control: Enter only after closing above key resistance; abandon directly if it falls below key support.

Validity Period: Expected to be effective within 5~10 trading days. I will keep tracking.

II. Execution Rules

1\. No Early Buying: Must be closing price above the "Breakout Entry Price" before considering a buy.

2\. Unified Stop Loss: Set a 5% stop loss after entry.

3\. Invalidation Elimination: Once it falls below the "Pattern Invalidation Price," remove it from the watchlist immediately.

III. Example:

MRVL was monitored on Feb 23rd for a "Box Breakout" pattern. The breakout entry price was 85. After the stock price broke above 85, there was another wave of upward movement.
