However, the strong support at 388-391 wasn't broken. I picked up some Friday calls near the close. The bias is still bullish ahead of earnings. It's normal for there to be some minor grinding or small declines on Monday and Tuesday. Yesterday's grind showed a lot of buy orders between 388.6-391 (judging from transaction stats), indicating funds are absorbing shares within that range. If the pre-market recovery is strong tonight, I'll consider trimming some of the 2x leverage first. The recent pattern has basically been strong pre-market night sessions, followed by selling at the open, so caution is still needed. Intraday posts will wait until the pre-market move is mostly over. The bias is bullish for earnings, so I'll pre-position some relatively out-of-the-money Friday calls. Just my personal view for reference."
