# Stock Live Trading P186: Helpless, no other choice

I've lost so much that I'm in no mood to talk, 2,000 yuan. I'm working my butt off for a whole month just to earn a few hundred yuan now, and I've lost five months' worth of my salary. It's despair, sadness, and utter helplessness.

I just don't get it. When the broader market was up, precious metals fell, and defense stocks fell. Now the broader market is down, precious metals are \*still\* falling, and defense stocks are \*still\* falling. Weren't you guys supposed to have rock-solid logic? How come you're softer than an old lady's foot bindings now?

I didn't sell Platinum when it was at 14 yuan a few days ago, and it's really so disappointing. In the blink of an eye, it's down to 12 yuan. I really considered selling at 14 yuan, but I thought since I'd already sold everything else too early, I'd show some conviction with Platinum. It had just started moving, I needed to be patient. And as soon as I was patient, it corrected 10%. Fate has dealt me a cruel hand. All the ones I sold—Albemarle, Microsoft, net, hood—they've all taken off. And that Synopsys too, I sold at 399, and now it's almost 480. They're all flying up 20 points, 20 points, while the stocks I'm holding are dropping 10 points, 10 points.

I feel like it's not that my stock trading skills are poor, but that fate is toying with me. My stock-picking ability was always strong. The ones I sell really take off, and the ones I hold just keep slowly bleeding. This is all fate's arrangement, not my fault.
