The company itself is also conducting an internal independent investigation. This is not something that can be resolved in a few days. The stock price has risen 33.5% in one month, currently around $28.88 (reference price on April 17), but the 52-week range is $19.48–$62.36, with its position roughly in the lower middle of the range. SMCI is now a stock with "fundamentals in repair and legal risks spreading," these two lines pulling in opposite directions.
