This wave was a case of significant overbuying on the left side of the trade.Calculating stock support levels is not easy at all, and I haven't had time to learn it properly. I just did the math again, and that's still the easier part. I calculated the current price, median position, and my holding price for the four stocks I intend to hold long-term in my two accounts, using the lower value to determine the holding size. The target is a minimum 50% position, not exceeding 80%. For all currently overbought positions, I've set reduction points and will sell according to discipline. For those not yet at the target 50%, I won't sell, waiting for them to rise above 50% for rebalancing or for a big drop to add. I've also set addition points and reserved the capital.I don't plan to add other stocks to the main portfolio. With limited funds, neither full position nor empty position is suitable.Later, I'll use the profits (within $10k) to trade some swings, having watched a wave of sectors like storage, software applications, and consumer stocks. Previously, MU, STX, and PLTR together earned me some pocket money for meals. Trading operations are also part of the learning process.
