HSBC paid dividends today. It was already three days later than other brokerages, and the amount was credited today, but the total account balance didn't change after the dividend was added? How can customers understand this clearly? I'm currently at your Longbridge company in Hong Kong, asking your staff, and I can't see it either. The balance was 100 before the dividend, and it's still 100 after the dividend. Why isn't your balance addition and subtraction as clear as the bank's? Can't you calculate it by the second?
