The upper story is even more speculative. The robotic dexterous hand theme was hyped from the second half of 2024 into 2025. This week, Phillip Securities' Huang Weijie gave A-shares $Sanhua(002050.CN) a target price of 135 yuan (RMB), based on expectations of robot + Tesla cooperation. However, on 5/8, the company just announced that it "currently has no plans to acquire Tesla-related businesses," which dampened the market's expectation of "better-than-expected cooperation."Price-wise, from 5/5 to 5/12, $SANHUA(2050.HK) fluctuated between HKD 33-37, with today's price of 34.90 in the middle of the range. The current price of A-shares $Sanhua(002050.CN) corresponds to about RMB 31-32 (currency conversion ~HKD 34), so there's no significant A-H share discount space for the Hong Kong stock – thus, the argument of "Hong Kong stock valuation discount" doesn't hold for this stock.Watch the HKD 33 line, and enter in batches if it breaks below. Don't chase rallies for stocks within the range. If you already hold it, wait for H2 to see whether new energy vehicle sales data or the realization of robot mass production comes first."
