This new facility is a significant milestone in the Group's strategy for a diversified manufacturing layout, marking the expansion of production capacity outside Mainland China and further strengthening the production network in Southeast Asia. The Penang factory covers an area of approximately 60,000 square feet, equipped with 12 production lines, with a monthly capacity of 250,000 to 300,000 units. As an Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) production base, the factory primarily produces industrial electronics, environmental control equipment, and electronic power modules for the international market. The additional capacity not only expands the Group's overall manufacturing scale but also meets the continuously growing market demand, providing a solid foundation for future business expansion. This commencement follows the completion of several strategic deployments by the Group in 2025, including the acquisition of manufacturing operations in Penang, Malaysia, and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Entering Malaysia marks the Group's first establishment of a production site outside Mainland China.
