July has arrived, and the "FF Robotics Q3 Campaign" has officially begun. The third quarter is a period for solidifying the foundation of FF Robotics' strategy. We will continue to leverage the five unique values that FF, as a U.S.-based EAI robotics company, is continuously releasing. We will accelerate the implementation of the "One Brain, Multiple Forms" and "Multiple Forms, Multiple Capabilities" FF EAI robot world ontology strategy. At the same time, we will deepen our focus on four major industry and ecosystem categories, prioritizing the education and industrial sectors as two key pioneering markets, along with the inspection & security sector and other existing markets. This will enable professional and specialized FF robots to form practical value and commercial closed loops more quickly in different real-world scenarios. Today, we first share the key progress of the sales vanguard of the Q3 campaign. Starting July 6th, FF will launch the first batch of three demonstration robot summer camps. In partnership with two major public school districts in Los Angeles, Lynwood and the El Segundo district (where FF's new Silicon Beach headquarters is located), we will host EAI robot summer camps. Simultaneously, we will officially commence our summer camp collaboration with the U.S. full-cycle educational institution Triple I, providing support and empowerment around products, technology, courseware, and the educational ecosystem. Furthermore, following the Lynwood school district, FF recently formally signed a strategic cooperation MOU with the El Segundo school district, further expanding our collaboration footprint with public school districts. The first batch of three demonstration summer camp partners, comprising "two public and one private," holds three layers of significant meaning: First, to promote this cooperation model and standard across the United States, helping FF products achieve faster sales conversion, driving the rapid growth and expansion of the world's first "Trinity" EAI robot education ecosystem, and accelerating the creation of the primary brain and foundational model for the global EAI robot education ecosystem. Second, for educational institutions, FF provides a complete, ready-to-implement EAI robotics education solution and courseware skills, helping public school districts and K-12 educational institutions bring cutting-edge AI and physical AI education to students with lower barriers to entry and higher standards. Third, for family education, the summer camps provide many American children and parents with their first opportunity for close-up, immersive contact with EAI robots, allowing children to open the door to the physical AI world earlier and grow into masters and creators of the AI-native era. Second, key progress in the EAI robot education ecosystem: After becoming the top star at the Automate show, from June 29th to July 1st, FF, as the only U.S. embodied AI robotics company present, once again became the focus of ISTE Live 2026, North America's largest educational technology exhibition. This further validates that "Physical AI + Education" is becoming a new trend in school district procurement and family education. Through the EAI robot education ecosystem that simultaneously targets To C family education and To B educational institutions, FF is accelerating its expansion into mainstream North American channels, transforming its first-mover advantage of being the first to deliver into a market-winning position. Concurrently with the exhibition, FF's industrial-grade wheel-arm robot, Faber S, made its debut. As the sub-series with the longest arm span and the most complete embodied AI data collection toolchain in the Faber series, Faber S focuses on large-scale operations and embodied AI data collection. Its core scenarios include factory loading/unloading, handling, logistics, etc., while it is also capable of handling other scenarios such as scientific research and teaching, reception, and guided tours. It is a veritable industrial-grade EAI craftsman. Regarding products and technology, FF's open-source open developer platform recently completed several small interactive courseware games, such as traffic lights, and is in the final stages of testing, soon to be launched on the FF Robot Store. These small courseware games may seem lightweight but are very suitable for educational scenarios. They can increase usage frequency and have also validated the complete process of application development, listing, distribution, and feedback for the platform, laying a solid foundation for subsequent Skills, Agents, and data productization. Finally, let's discuss problems, reflections, and solutions. While demand and sales continue to exceed expectations, we have also exposed shortcomings in our industrialized system capabilities. The most direct manifestation is that delivery capacity has not yet kept pace with the sales ramp-up speed. Internally, aside from the area around the California headquarters, FF's delivery, service, and operations in other states still need strengthening, which is the main bottleneck constraining faster delivery. Externally, as a completely new market, mature industry standards and closed-loop systems have not yet been established. At this stage, we can only deliver, explore, accumulate, and evolve simultaneously, turning challenges into opportunities. Moving forward, we will continue to amplify our strengths and quickly address our weaknesses around the Q3 campaign. Next week, we will report to everyone on the planning and execution plan for the Q3 campaign.
