The result was always losing everything.This weekend, after reflecting deeply, I added limits to my program's trading frequency.All orders must go through a paper trading account first, then sync to the live account via the server, requiring a justification for each order.I only placed three orders on Monday. For each one, I tried to find reasons to convince myself and the AI, since the AI needs to approve them.Yesterday was the first day I didn't make any buy trades at all, and also the day with the highest profit ratio. Today's profit is 1,100 HKD.I bought QQQ 707 calls the night before yesterday.I've calmed down these past two days. Last week, I traded options more than 50 times.
