At 10:05, a bullish candle touched yesterday's high of $749.040,

then at 10:06, the downtrend began.

I entered at 10:08, which was relatively timely.

At that moment, I felt that $749.380 at 10:05 might be the intraday high.

The TR for 07/15/2026 was $5.380.

I judged that the intraday low might be $744.000.

However, the decline wasn't smooth.

This trade didn't stop loss as planned. After entering next time, I should set take-profit/stop-loss orders.

The cut in flesh happened exactly at the lowest point at 10:11.

The root problem is still FOMO. The stop-loss on this trade was even more of a failure.

10:23:18 $1.27 => 10:27:05 $1.31, SL$1.10, LONG,

By then, it was close to the PMH of $747.130.

It could rebound or break through.

Due to previous losses, I was a bit rushed to close the position.

If I had entered at $0.90 and held until 10:27,

I would have made approximately $48.00 per contract. At 10:36, the amplitude was only 0.40%.

Because the ETF was almost flat, this option went through a narrow-range consolidation for 42 minutes.

At 10:40, it looked like a double top, but the options didn't react much. Continue waiting;

1️⃣ As an intraday trader, you shouldn't look at pre-market news or others' opinions.

No one can accurately 'fortune-tell'. Simply following the technical trend with 'trend following' is enough;
