Lockheed Martin barely moved, closing at 582.85. RSI has reached 78.1, sitting 9.3% above the 50-day moving average and 6.3% above the 21-day moving average, just 1.1% away from its 60-day high.
Meituan also didn't move much, closing at 92.20 with an RSI of 73, 1.3% away from its 60-day high, and trading 15.4% above its 50-day moving average.
Both are stuck in the same position: hugging previous highs, with RSI entering overbought territory, and the deviation from mid-term moving averages stretching to nearly double digits. In this pattern, chasing further offers poor risk-reward ratio; a pullback to the 21-day moving average is a more comfortable entry point—around 548 for Lockheed and near 87 for Meituan. An RSI drop from 78 back below 70 typically signals the start of the first wave of profit-taking. If the 21-day moving average isn't held, there's significant room for mean reversion.
