# Community AI Notes | Give it a direction, and AI works through the full reasoning — from stock screening to strike price

> Selecting stocks, comparing valuations, coordinating contracts, and pacing the rh
>
> ythm — Bridge friends set one challenge after another to see how many levels the AI can pass.

After obtaining Pro privileges, Bridge friend **不奋东西** walked this path —

He provided the direction, and LongbridgeAI took over step by step, handling everything from screening to options contracts and scenario simulations.

**The starting point is a directional sentence; the destination is a well-paced plan.**

## Gate 1 · Turn a direction into screenable criteria

His starting idea is one a lot of people have:

> Find beaten-down legacy names where the fundamentals are still intact and the price has started to turn.

LongbridgeAI turned that into **four quantifiable filters**:

- Drawdown from the 52-week high of 25% or more
- Solid fundamentals (revenue growth, margins, cash flow)
- Signs of recovery in the last 10 sessions
- Valuation sitting near historical lows

**✅ Turned in: a screening spec.**

## Gate 2 · Rank the names that pass

> More than one company clears the bar. Which one deserves a closer look?

With the criteria set, the API pulled price, valuation, and financials for each name and scored them all on the same basis — **eight core candidates**.

How deep the drawdown runs. How far current PE sits from the 10-year median. Whether institutions are adding or trimming. All on one screen.

✅ **Turned in: a scorecard for eight names.**

| Rank | Ticker | Business | From 52W High | PE (Current) | PE (5Y Median) | Score |
| ---- | -------- | ---------------------------- | ------------- | ------------ | -------------- | ------- |
| 1 | **ACN** | IT consulting | -38% | 14.5 | 27.3 | **8.2** |
| 2 | **ORCL** | Enterprise cloud / databases | -57% | 24.3 | 31.5 | **8.1** |
| 3 | **NOW** | Enterprise ITSM | -36% | 72.8 | 139 | **8** |
| 4 | **ADBE** | Creative software | -29% | 14.6 | 37.9 | **7.9** |
| 5 | **CRM** | CRM / AI agents | -28% | 19.1 | 71.6 | **7.7** |
| 6 | **SAP** | ERP / cloud | -30% | 25.4 | 33.4 | **7.3** |
| 7 | **QCOM** | Mobile / AI chips | -35% | 18.5 | 17.2 | **6.9** |
| 8 | **SNPS** | EDA | -34% | 100.6 | 58.8 | **6.9** |

## Gate 3 · Which of the eight are worth holding

The three financial statements. Valuation percentile. Revenue mix. Major-shareholder position changes. Latest news. All lined up, name by name.

Eight narrow to two — one offensive, one defensive.

✅ **Turned in: two names, one of each.**

### ACN (Accenture) — deep-dive summary

**Financials**

- FY2025 revenue $69.7B (+7.4%), operating margin 15.6%, net income $7.7B
- Operating cash flow $11.5B (+26%), free cash flow $10.9B, FCF margin 15.6%
- $11.5B cash, net cash position

**Valuation**

- PE 14.5 — a 10-year low, just 53% of the median
- PS 1.5 — 10-year low
- PB 3.5 — 10-year low

**Institutional flows** — Vanguard added 40M shares; BlackRock, Morgan Stanley, and JPMorgan also added.

**Catalysts** — large financial-sector AI transformation deals like UniCredit; surging demand for AI consulting.

**Risks** — AI automating entry-level consulting work is a structural threat; $22.5B of goodwill is 35% of total assets.

##

## Gate 4 · Choosing the options structure

**Expiry month** — pay a bit more premium to buy another month of margin for error. Worth it or not?

**Strike** — at-the-money or slightly in-the-money. How much is intrinsic value. How well it holds up against time decay.

These normally live in separate places. This time they sit side by side on one screen.

| | **ORCL (Oracle)** | **ACN (Accenture)** |
| ------------------- | ------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------- |
| **Recovery upside** | **133%** (largest in the field) | 62% (largest in the second tier) |
| **Core thesis** | AI data-center CapEx boom | PE 14.5 (10-year low) + a 3.8% dividend floor |
| **Return leverage** | +318% on a 75% recovery | +231% on a 75% recovery |
| **Confidence** | Medium (CapEx risk) | **Highest** (valuation and cash flow both cover it) |
| **Role** | **The offensive spear** | The defensive shield |

## Gate 5 · Afraid to chase, afraid to miss — how to pace it

"Buy now and risk the top, wait and risk missing it." He handed that contradiction to the AI as-is.

The answer came back as tranches — build part of the position now, add the rest on a pullback.

If it runs, the first tranche is already working. If it dips, the rest gets filled cheaper.

* * *

✅ **Turned in: a two-tranche schedule.**

Total budget $50,000, split in two:

**Tranche 1 — buy now ($16,500, 33%)**

- ORCL: ~340 contracts × $29.4 = ~$10,000
- ACN: ~200 contracts × $32.2 = ~$6,400
- ✅ Solves the fear of missing out — if the price never looks back, a third of the position is already in the money.

**Tranche 2 — buy an 8–12% August pullback ($33,500, 67%)**

- Assume ORCL pulls back to ~$132 (-10%), ACN to ~$158 (-10%)
- ORCL: ~870 contracts × ~$25 (cheaper premium) = ~$21,750
- ACN: ~530 contracts × ~$24 (cheaper premium) = ~$12,700
- ✅ Cheaper premium = more contracts = bigger return multiple
- ⚠️ A deeper pullback (-15%) makes tranche 2 pay off even harder
- ⚠️ If the pullback never comes, the 33% already on is your hedge against missing out

Total: ~1,210 ORCL + ~730 ACN contracts, roughly $50,850 deployed.

## Gate 6 · What if it goes the other way

The last gate is about the exit.

Sideways, recovery after a dip, straight up — what each roughly means for the position, with the matching risks written out one by one.

**✅ Turned in: a contingency plan.**

| Scenario | ORCL target | ACN target | Portfolio value | Return |
| ------------------------------- | ----------- | ---------- | --------------- | -------- |
| **Flat** (no move) | $147 | $176 | \~$16,500 | **-67%** |
| **50% recovery** | $244 | $231 | \~$173,000 | 2.47 |
| **75% recovery** | $293 | $258 | \~$252,000 | 4.05 |
| **Straight +30%** (no pullback) | $191 | $228 | \~$108,000 | 1.16 |

## The final call was still his

**Cross-checking** — he didn't take key conclusions from a single output. He verified them separately first.

**Narrowing** — the AI produced candidates. He made the pick.

**Pacing and profit-taking** — tranches and preset exit levels, set on his own judgment.

You can hand the analysis to a tool. The decision stays with you.
