Tesla is currently trading within its value investment range. Following the sharp drop after earnings, it hit a maximum pullback to 293.44 after hours on July 30, bouncing right as it touched the lower channel rail;
The pullback depth was neither too shallow nor too deep, landing near the midline of the defined value investment zone—i.e., at fair value—before rebounding;
A secondary pullback presents a major opportunity. I foresee three scenarios:
1. A minor pullback (0.618 retracement) forming an N-shaped recovery;
2. A moderate pullback to previous lows, forming a W-bottom;
3. A significant breakdown below previous lows, ultimately leading to a base-breakout reversal;
