It watches just two signals: when US Treasury ETFs rise, it reads that as bullish for the indices and AI hardware stocks; when Brent crude rises, it reads that as bearish. Putting the two together, it calls whether the Nasdaq, the S&P 500 and AI hardware stocks lean bullish, bearish or range-bound for the day.
