Activation process** - **Applying for activation in the Minsheng Hong Kong App** Step 1. Go to Minsheng Hong Kong App > *Bank and Securities*. For merchant name, enter **Long Bridge HK Limited**, and for associated account, enter your **Longbridge account number**. Click *submit*. Transfer process** - **Mobile banking transfer** Step 1. Go to the Minsheng Hong Kong App > *Banking and Securities*. Step 2. Enter your **debit account** and **transfer amount**, confirm the information, submit the transfer, and wait for the funds to be credited. > Note: The Minsheng online banking transfer service is available from 09:00 to 18:00 on Hong Kong working days. Transfer applications are not accepted outside these hours or on non-working days (Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong public holidays). - **Online banking transfer** Step 1. You need to register important information such as a valid mobile phone number, email address, and up-to-date identity documents with your banks. 2. The name on the bank account used for the transfer must match the name on your Longbridge account. You cannot use another person's bank account (or a joint account) for transfers. Any refund fees incurred due to non-compliance will be borne by you. 3. It takes time for the bank to process the transfer. Bank notifications stating "transfer initiated" do not indicate immediate receipt by Longbridge. Settlement and approval are required after the funds arrive in Longbridge. Banks and Longbridge do not process transfers during Hong Kong public holidays. Please allow sufficient time for processing. 4.
