敲出界限是**触发 FCN 提前结束的价格线**，通常设在初始价附近 (如 **100%**)。

在**敲出观察日**，若挂钩标的 (多标的需**所有标的同时**) 达到或涨过敲出界限，产品即"敲出"——**提前终止，按面值还本 + 结清当期票息**。
