# 什么是"敲出界限"?

敲出界限是**触发产品"提前结束"的价格线**，通常设在初始价附近或以上 (如 100%、103%)。

在**敲出观察日**，若挂钩标的收盘价 ≥ **敲出界限**(挂钩多个标的时，需**所有标的同时达标**)，产品即"敲出"——**提前终止，按发行文件约定返还本金及相应收益（如票息）。**

\* 与 FCN、雪球的敲出即还本付息不同，部分产品（如保本看涨鲨鱼鳍）敲出后本金于原到期日方予支付，具体以实际产品合同为准。
