# 什么是 FCN？

FCN（Fixed Coupon Note）是一种挂钩**单一股票或一篮子股票**(也可为 ETF、指数) 的**不保本、潜在较高票息**场外结构性产品。除非提前敲出，投资者在存续期内可**按期收取固定票息**(与挂钩标的涨跌无关);但若挂钩标的大跌、**触发敲入**，则可能面临**本金亏损或"接票"**(按执行价买入已经下跌的标的)。
