Intelligent Financial News APP reports that Shen Nan Dian A (000037.SZ) has announced that the company, in order to seize the energy storage industry opportunities, fully utilize existing resources, revitalize the line assets of its holding subsidiary Shen Nan Dian (Zhongshan) Electric Power Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhongshan Company"), and promote the company's transformation and development, plans to jointly establish a project company with Zhongshan Company and Zhongshan Nanlang Construction Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Nanlang Company"), to implement the construction of the 300MW/600MWh independent energy storage power station (Phase I) project in Cuiheng New Area, Zhongshan City. The total investment is approximately RMB 303 million, and it will build an independent energy storage power station with a capacity of 100MW/200MWh
