# Several shareholders of ZHHL plan to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 3.1756 million shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ZHHL (301040.SZ) announced that the company recently received a notice from its shareholder Jiangsu Jianghai Machinery Co., Ltd., as well as from Mr. Song Yadong, the director and deputy general manager, and Mr. Dai Yutong, the deputy general manager, regarding their plan to reduce their holdings in Zhangjiagang ZHHL High-end Equipment Co., Ltd. The aforementioned shareholders intend to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 3.1756 million shares
